Program Director’s Message

Welcome to the Ph.D. in Business Administration Program at Cyprus Aydın University. In a global environment where economic, technological and social transformations accelerate continuously, there is a growing need for scholars and decision-makers who can produce original scientific knowledge and critically evaluate existing theories and policies. Our doctoral program is carefully structured to provide you with deep conceptual understanding, advanced methodological tools and a strong research culture.

From your first semester, you will be engaged in intensive coursework covering advanced business and management theory, research methods, quantitative techniques and the philosophy of science. These courses are designed not only to transfer knowledge but also to challenge you to question assumptions, refine research questions and design scientifically robust studies. As you progress to the seminar, specialization and dissertation stages, you will work closely with faculty members on research projects, conference presentations and publications.

We place particular emphasis on academic integrity, ethical research conduct and social responsibility. Our aim is to educate researchers who are internationally competent, methodologically rigorous and sensitive to the economic and social realities of their environment.
