The Office of Financial Affairs provides services in Building B through its General Accounting, Student Accounting, and Finance sub-units.
It is responsible for all financial transactions of students, maintaining documents and records related to income and expenses, invoicing, financial tracking of academic projects, and preparing budgets, balance sheets, and income reports to ensure the proper use of resources.
It works with experts in the field to advance service quality and perform its duties effectively.
Director’s Message
As the Directorate of Financial Affairs at Cyprus Aydın University, our primary goal is to ensure that the university’s financial resources are managed in accordance with the principles of transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness; to ensure that financial processes are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation; and to continuously improve the quality of services provided.
In this context, all financial activities within our area of responsibility are planned within the framework of applicable laws and regulations; financial transactions are carefully monitored and completed accurately, completely, and on time. Providing the financial support required by academic and administrative units in a reliable, fast, and efficient manner is among our primary objectives.

About Us
The Directorate of Financial Affairs, together with its sub-units of General Accounting, Student Accounting, and Finance, operates in Building B. Our Directorate is responsible for ensuring that the university’s financial structure is managed effectively, transparently, and in compliance with relevant legislation.
In this context, our main responsibilities include conducting all financial transactions for students, maintaining documents and records related to income and expenses, carrying out invoicing processes, and performing financial tracking of academic projects and activities. In addition, budget, balance sheet, and income reports are prepared to ensure the correct and efficient use of resources; accurate, reliable, and timely data is provided for financial decision-making processes.
The Office of Financial Affairs, with a vision of continuously improving service quality, carries out its duties effectively, efficiently, and in a solution-oriented manner with its expert and experienced staff. It has adopted as a fundamental principle to contribute to institutional sustainability by financially supporting the university’s education, teaching, and research activities.

The mission of the Cyprus Aydın University Finance Department is to manage the university’s financial resources effectively, efficiently, and transparently, and to conduct all financial and accounting processes in accordance with higher education legislation and financial discipline principles. Our primary priority is to provide students and departments with quick and easy access to financial information by effectively utilizing information technologies, and to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely financial services.

Services
General Accounting
Our General Accounting unit records all financial and monetary transactions in full, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, to ensure that our university’s tax obligations are fulfilled correctly. Accounting data enabling the monitoring, measurement, and evaluation of the institution’s financial and monetary structure is generated regularly.
Process analyses are conducted to enable management to analyze actual income and expenses in a sound manner and to effectively carry out financial planning for the future; comprehensive and regular reports are provided within the scope of management accounting through financial analysis. In addition, financial and fiscal control and audit activities are carried out meticulously to protect university assets.
Student Accounting
Our Student Accounting unit handles all financial transactions related to students, including the collection of tuition fees, new enrollment and re-enrollment procedures, as well as installment plans, scholarships, discounts, and refund processes. These transactions are conducted in accordance with Financial Legislation, Higher Education Legislation, and our university’s internal regulations; they are carried out in a manner that is compliant with the law, accurate, and reliable.

Yatay Geçiş Bursları , Yönetimimiz tarafından her Akademik yıl başında belirlenip duyurulmaktadır.
Kayıt dondurmak isteyen öğrencilerin Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı’na yapılacak dilekçe ile ön başvuru yapması gerekmektedir.
Genel Not Ortalaması (GNO) 3.5 ve üzerinde olan öğrencilerimizin her dönem başında açılan online başvuru linki üzerinden başvuru yapmaları gerekmektedir. Rektörlüğümüzce belirlenen kontenjanlar çerçevesinde bur başvuruları değerlendirilmektedir.
İlgili öğretim yılına ait kayıt yenileme bilgileri öğrencilerimize kişisel öğrenci sistemlerinden ve ilgili Akademik Yıl Takviinden duyurulmaktadır.
Üniversitemizin burs yönetmeliği çerçevesinde burs süreleri belirlenmektedir. Genel olarak Lisans için 4 yıl , Önlisans için 2 yıl , Yüksek Lisans için 2 yıl ve Doktora için 4 yıl geçerlidir.
Kıbrıs Aydın Üniversitesi’nin ihtiyaç sahibi öğrencilere verdiği özel burslar yazılacak dilekçe ile başvuru yapılmaktadır.
