The Department of Information Security Engineering trains engineers specialized in cyber security, one of the most critical areas of today’s digital age.
The program offers in-depth training in cryptography, authentication, access control, secure software development and network security.
Aim of the Department
The department aims to provide students with the necessary expertise and competencies to ensure data security in the health, finance, public, defense and telecom sectors, develop intrusion detection systems, conduct security analysis and strengthen the information security culture of institutions.
Graduate Profile
Information Security Engineering graduates can work as experts or consultants in the fields of network security, cyber intrusion detection systems, data security analysis, risk management and security architecture in the health, finance, defense, public and telecom sectors. They also work in the information security departments of organizations.
