The Department of Mechatronics Engineering offers an education program focused on intelligent systems and robotics technologies by integrating mechanical, electronics, control systems and software disciplines.
Students are supported by project-based modern laboratory applications.
Aim of the Department
The department aims to enable students to produce creative and innovative solutions in sectors such as automotive industry, robotic systems, Industry 4.0 applications, smart factories, medical devices, autonomous systems, renewable energy technologies and defense industry. Students can work as engineers, project managers or R&D specialists in areas such as robotic system design, automotive industry, smart factories, Industry 4.0 applications, defense and health technologies, autonomous vehicles, renewable energy systems and smart home solutions.
Graduate Profile
Mechatronics Engineering graduates can work in areas such as robotics, automation, production systems, artificial intelligence applications and smart technologies.
They can work in units such as design, production, quality control and system integration in companies with advanced technology. They can be employed in the automotive, defense industry, aerospace and electronics sectors, as well as establish their own enterprises.
