The Planning Directorate of Cyprus Aydın University aims to contribute to institutional development by conducting academic and administrative planning processes with a holistic approach in line with the strategic goals of our university.
Identifying areas of strategic importance, directing planning processes, and providing information across the university are among the core responsibilities of the Planning Directorate. In this context, it ensures that academic and administrative plans are prepared and implemented in line with the university’s strategic objectives.
The Planning Directorate guides strategic planning efforts at the faculty, college, institute, and administrative unit levels while providing data-driven input to institutional decision-making processes. The goal is to support the university’s sustainable growth and ensure the effective use of resources.
Message from the Director
As the Planning Directorate of Cyprus Aydın University, our primary goal is to contribute to the planned, coordinated, and sustainable execution of all academic and administrative processes in line with the university’s strategic objectives.
Our planning approach is based on the principles of participation, transparency, and continuous improvement. In this regard, we work in close cooperation with our university management and academic and administrative units to support decision-making processes with scientific data and analysis.
Our goal is to ensure the effective use of resources, enhance institutional performance, and contribute to the achievement of Cyprus Aydın University’s long-term objectives.

- Coordination of university strategic planning processes
