The Department of Software Engineering educates engineers who can produce solutions with engineering principles at every stage of the software life cycle, who are committed to ethical values, open to continuous learning and responsible.
The program is enriched with applied projects and contemporary software development processes.
Aim of the Department
The department aims to train its students as nationally and internationally competent software engineers specialized in areas such as application and system software, web and mobile development, artificial intelligence, database management, cyber security and user experience (UX/UI) design.
Graduate Profile
Software Engineering graduates can work in the fields of application and system software development, web and mobile application development, game software, artificial intelligence solutions, data analytics, cloud computing and cybersecurity. They can also pursue careers as project managers, product developers or entrepreneurs in technology companies.
