Students from Cyprus Aydın University and Istanbul Aydın University’s Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts came together at a special event organized to promote Cypriot cuisine.
As part of the event, the historical development and unique flavors of Cypriot cuisine were introduced to students through practical workshops. Participants had the opportunity to learn traditional recipes closely while sharing their knowledge and experiences related to culinary culture.
The program, which highlighted academic and cultural interaction, took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Students gained valuable experiences that contributed to their professional development, as well as the chance to become familiar with different culinary traditions.
The event concluded with a campus tour at Istanbul Aydın University. During the tour, students received information about the university’s educational facilities and social spaces.
