About Us

The Personnel Department of Cyprus Aydın University manages all personnel processes, including employment permits and annual leave usage, in addition to tracking the personnel, contract, salary, and appointment procedures of all full-time and part-time academic and administrative staff, in accordance with laws, statutes, regulations, and legal legislation.
In this context;

Conducting the official hiring and work permit processes for university academic staff.
Checking, tracking, and maintaining personnel files for academic appointment files prepared by faculties and institutes.
Opening CAU360 accounts for academic and administrative staff and making systemic staff appointments.
Ensuring that necessary updates are made on the system regarding promotions, title changes, and appointments.
Managing all personnel processes for academic and administrative staff, such as contracts, salaries, and leave.
