VERTICAL TRANSFER EXAM (DGS) REGISTRATION GUIDE

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

The documents required from students enrolling at our university through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) are as follows. For Student Affairs:

  1. DGS Placement Result Certificate,
  2. DGS Exam Result Certificate,
  3. Original Associate Degree Diploma or Original Associate Degree Provisional Graduation Certificate (or certified copy),
  4. Front and Back of ID Card
  5. Proof of Residence
  6. Original High School Diploma or e-Government Graduation Certificate
  7. For course exemptions: Certified Transcript and certified Course Syllabus,
  8. Military Service Status Certificate (may be an e-Government printout) (for male students),
  9. Criminal Record
  10. Medical Report (Must be obtained from a TRNC hospital)
  11. Bank statement confirming that the full amount of the semester tuition fee or the first installment has been deposited into the Cyprus Aydın University bank account.
