Office of Administrative Affairs

Our unit operates under the Office of the Secretary General to ensure that the university’s academic and administrative processes are conducted in a manner that is compliant with regulations, orderly, and efficient. The Office of Administrative Affairs is responsible for tracking all correspondence sent to the Rectorate and General Secretariat by the university’s administrative units, external organizations, and individuals, ensuring that incoming and outgoing documents are delivered to the relevant units in a timely, accurate, and orderly manner, and taking the necessary measures in this regard. Additionally, the Directorate is responsible for drafting the meeting decisions of the committees operating within the University and the Rectorate, distributing the decisions to the relevant units, and filing and archiving the documents in accordance with the coding system.

Our Office of Administrative Affairs, which operates to ensure that our university’s academic and administrative processes are conducted in a healthy, orderly, and legally compliant manner, has made it its fundamental duty to ensure effective coordination between students, academic, and administrative units.
With a commitment to transparency, accuracy, and timely service, we aim to ensure that all correspondence, board decisions, and official procedures related to the education and training processes are carried out reliably. In this regard, we attach great importance to continuously improving our service quality in line with the principles of modern university management.
We will continue to work diligently to provide the best service to all academic and administrative staff, students, and stakeholders who contribute to the institutional structure of our university.

About Us

Our unit operates within the Office of the Secretary General to ensure that the academic and administrative processes of our university are carried out in a manner that is compliant with regulations, orderly, and effective. The duties of the Office of the Registrar include tracking all correspondence sent to the Rector’s Office and the Office of the Secretary General by the university’s administrative units, external organizations, and individuals, ensuring that incoming and outgoing documents are delivered to the relevant units in a timely, accurate, and orderly manner, and taking the necessary measures in this regard. Additionally, our office is responsible for drafting the meeting decisions of the committees operating within the University and the Rectorate, distributing the decisions to the relevant units, and filing and archiving the documents in accordance with the coding system.

Duties of the Office of Administrative Affairs

• Ensuring that all documents received by our university from within and outside the institution are processed quickly, efficiently, and in an orderly manner.
• Conducting and coordinating all official correspondence pertaining to the Rector’s Office.
• Prepare draft agendas for University Senate and University Administrative Board meetings.
• Draft, record, and archive decisions made at University Senate and University Administrative Board meetings.
• Timely distribute decisions to relevant academic and administrative units for implementation.
• Contribute to creating an effective, organized, coordinated, and harmonious working environment among the academic and administrative units of our university for the execution of document work and procedures.
• Ensure that all official correspondence with public institutions and organizations is conducted in a fast, secure, and effective manner.
• Provide guidance and support to the academic and administrative units of our university on the archiving, preservation, and disposal of official documents within the scope of the Higher Education Council Archive Regulation.
