As the Directorate of Administrative and Support Services, our goal is to support the uninterrupted and effective execution of our university’s education and teaching activities; to improve service quality, use resources efficiently, and ensure the sustainability of institutional operations. To this end, we aim to create safe, orderly, and efficient working environments, streamline service processes, and strengthen institutional cohesion by working in coordination with academic and administrative units.

In this regard, as the Directorate of Administrative and Support Services, we diligently fulfill all our duties and responsibilities.
Our Directorate aims to carry out administrative and support services in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner in line with the applicable legislation, our university’s strategic goals, and quality policies. Within this framework, we continue to work in coordination and cooperation with all our units to create safe, orderly, and efficient working environments.
Based on the principles of transparency, teamwork, solution-oriented approach, and continuous improvement in service delivery, we attach importance to developing strong communication and cooperation with our academic and administrative units. Our ultimate goal is to establish a management approach that strengthens the institutional structure of our university, prioritizes stakeholder satisfaction, and makes a sustainable service approach permanent.

Services
As the Directorate of Administrative and Support Services at Cyprus Aydın University, we provide various support services in a coordinated manner to ensure that all academic and administrative activities of our university are carried out in an orderly, safe, and uninterrupted manner. Our transportation services provide logistical support for academic, administrative, and promotional activities, while our cleaning services ensure that all physical areas are used in a hygienic, orderly, and healthy environment. Our garden maintenance and landscaping work gives the campus living areas an aesthetic and well-kept appearance, while our consultation and communication services effectively manage internal university communication and information flow. Our Directorate continues to add value to the institutional functioning of our university by meticulously performing all its services within the framework of the principles of quality, continuity, and coordination.
