Employers and Sectoral Stakeholders

Employers, who are among the key external stakeholders of the Business Department, play a significant role in assessing the programme’s graduate competencies and employment-focused outcomes. Feedback received from employers is used to monitor graduates’ levels of professional knowledge, skills and competencies, and to assess the alignment of programme outcomes with sectoral expectations.
Employer feedback is gathered through meetings with sector representatives and joint events. The feedback obtained provides input for curriculum update initiatives and the development of practice-oriented course content.
Furthermore, as part of collaborations with employers, practical courses, seminars and career events are organised to support students’ preparation for the world of work.

The Department of Business Administration operates in close collaboration with external stakeholders such as public institutions, private sector organisations, professional associations, non-governmental organisations and sectoral unions. These stakeholders contribute to ensuring the programme’s alignment with current economic and managerial developments and to strengthening its practice-based educational approach.
Through workshops, advisory board meetings, memoranda of understanding and joint events organised with sectoral stakeholders, sectoral expectations are monitored and integrated into programme development processes. These interactions aim to enable students to establish early contact with the sector, gain professional awareness and enhance their employability.
Feedback received from sectoral stakeholders is evaluated within the quality assurance system, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the programme.

Infrastructure and Physical Facilities

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences possesses a robust physical and technical infrastructure designed to provide its students with a modern and practice-oriented learning environment. Lectures are conducted in smart classrooms and lecture theatres equipped with state-of-the-art technology; interactive and participatory learning is supported by projection systems, smart podiums and audiovisual equipment.
