About Us
The Cyprus Aydın Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate is an important student service unit that operates with the aim of enabling our students to lead a healthy, safe, socially rich, and multifaceted university life. Adopting a holistic approach that supports academic success, our Directorate aims to support students not only in their educational lives but also in their personal, social, and cultural development.
Our Directorate offers a wide range of services, including health services, psychological counseling support, cultural events, art activities, sports organizations, student club coordination, and social responsibility projects. Creating a university environment where our students can express themselves confidently, develop their interests, and showcase their talents is among our priorities.

1. How can I benefit from health services?
You can benefit from health services free of charge by applying to our Health Unit located within our university campus. During working hours, our nurses and health personnel provide basic health support, first aid, and referral services.
2. Is the psychological counseling service paid?
No, our psychological counseling and guidance services are completely free of charge. Appointments are made through a reservation system, and our students can receive professional support within the framework of the principle of confidentiality.
3. What do I need to do to use the sports facilities?
It is sufficient for our students who wish to use the sports facilities to apply with their student ID cards. Open usage hours and activity programs are announced regularly.
4. What sports branches can I participate in at the university?
Team and individual sports activities are organized in many branches including football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, fitness, table tennis, and many more. Students who wish to participate can apply during the announced registration periods.
5. What do I need to do to establish a student club?
To establish a club, an application must be made with a group of at least 10 students. The necessary documents can be obtained from our Department and the process can be initiated. Students who wish to join existing clubs can also apply to us.
6. How are cultural events announced?
All cultural events such as theatre, concerts, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops are announced through our website, social media accounts, and campus notice boards.
7. How can I participate in social events and trips?
Registration announcements are made for events and trips, and it is sufficient to apply within the specified dates. For events with limited capacity, the order of application may be decisive.
8. Can I get information about accommodation (dormitory) opportunities?
Our Department provides students with information and guidance support on accommodation matters. Dormitory application dates, application requirements, and available quotas are announced through official announcements.
9. Who can I contact in emergency situations?
In case of emergencies occurring within the campus, you can contact our Health Unit, Security Unit, or the relevant emergency response teams. Emergency contact numbers are available at the campus entrances and on our website.
10. I want to organize an event, how can I get permission?
Our students who have student clubs or individual event requests can initiate the necessary approval and support process by submitting their event plans to our Department.
11. Can I participate in voluntary social responsibility projects?
Yes, social responsibility projects are regularly announced and are open to the participation of all our students. You can take part in the projects by filling out a participation form.
